Turn on the Bluetooth function on your printer. Power on your Mac device and go to the Connectivity menu. Locate the Bluetooth tab and then expand the same. Slide the toggle switch located on top of the Bluetooth window. Perform the Pairing process on both the devices. Check for a notification on the printer stating Connected.
- Use the printer’s access panel and go to the Control Panel Settings menu.
- Locate the Wireless Settings tab and open it. Slide the Wireless toggle switch to activate the Wireless function.
- Wait for a while and the Wireless light on the printer flashes.
- Turn on your wireless router and make sure to link it to a Wireless Access Point that has an active internet connection.
- Locate the Wireless Settings tab and open it. Slide the Wireless toggle switch to activate the Wireless function.
- Keep the HP printer within the router’s range. Wait for a while and if the auto-connect mode is enabled on your printer, the printer’s Wi-Fi connects to your wireless router automatically.
- Check for a notification on the printer’s screen stating that the auto-connect mode is disabled.
- In that case, a list of networks that are available within the printer’s range, appear on the screen.
- Tap on the desired wireless network and wait until the connection establishes.
- Activate the Wireless feature on your Mac device after turning it on.
- Bridge it with the same wireless network to which the printer is connected.
