  2. Hold the Windows and the R keys on your keyboard simultaneously to open the Run dialog box. Open the Devices and Printers folder and select the Epson Printer. Click the See What is Printing option.

  10. Reinsert the ink cartridges into the printer. Make sure the color on the cartridges matches with color on the slot.
